In a joint concert by KinoSoi! and VocalEspoo, the audience will experience Forbidden Love, a powerful piece by the award-winning Norwegian harpist-composer Uno Vesje. The piece delves into the poignant themes of queer love within a Muslim community. This deeply moving composition combines spoken word with minimalist and partly improvised music for harp, viola, and accordion. The concert will also feature gems of French vocal music, performed by Iris Candelaria, the winner of the Lappeenranta Singing Competition, with accompaniment by harp and accordion.

The concert is not recommended for children under 12 years old. The content of the piece may be disturbing to sensitive listeners.
